If you become our agent through our decision, then there are several conditions you must abide by. You need to abide by our agent dealer cooperation contract:

1: You must purchase goods from us, and you must not purchase goods from other manufacturers under the name of our brand image. If we find such actions, we will file a lawsuit against you to protect our brand rights and interests, and you will bear all the consequences.

2: Whether you sell in an online store or a physical store, the price you sell must not be lower than the price sold in our current website store. If you are found to disrupt the market price of our products, we will take all means to protect our brand rights and interests.

3: Because most of our products are customized, and the final product type may be different due to different customer needs, so when you place an order with us and let our factory start production, we do not accept any refunds or returns of orders. Everything will be carried out according to the original plan of the order, so you must strictly confirm with your customers whether the order is ready to start production. We do not accept refunds or returns of orders, unless the received order is damaged or parts are missing, we can provide you with missing parts reissue or loss compensation.
