Terms of Service

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods and services by xinshengmanufacture LLC (the “Company”) to purchasers (the “Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms:

1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

2. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are as of the time the order is placed. Taxes, shipping and handling charges are extra unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full before the product is shipped. Acceptable payment methods include cash, check, credit card and bank transfer.

4. No Refunds
The Customer agrees not to make any refunds of any amounts paid hereunder. All sales are final and any disputes should be resolved directly with the Company.

5. Shipping and Delivery
The Company will make reasonable efforts to ship the product by the estimated delivery date. The Company is not responsible for any delays in delivery. Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there are factors that are beyond our control, such as port congestion, customs delays, and global supply chain disruptions. If there are any delays or changes to your delivery time, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative solutions. Risk of loss or damage, additional costs will be passed on to the customer at the time of delivery. Customers should inspect the goods before signing the delivery receipt to ensure that there is no damage. If you find any damage to the goods, please take photos and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Customized goods: For custom or made-to-order furniture, production time usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the product. After production, shipping time by sea is usually 2-3 months. For custom orders, we will send you a specific production schedule

Shipping costs: Shipping costs depend on the size and destination of your order.
Before you complete your purchase, we will provide you with the exact shipping cost at checkout. The instructions at the time of placing the order shall prevail

6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. The company does not accept any returns or refunds unless the product is defective or not as described. In this case, the customer must notify the company within 48 hours of receiving the product.All losses incurred after 48 hours are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Product Warranty
The Company warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
