No problem. You can simply soak a rag with a small amount of acetone solution (50:50 acetone and water) and the stain will come right off. Afterwards, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Prolonged contact with acetone or other harsh chemicals can damage your leather. Use chemicals with caution to extend the life of your leather.

Most of our products are shipped assembled, so you don’t need to assemble them after receiving them. Except for some individual products, we will disassemble them into 2-3 parts for safer transportation and then ship them. You can assemble them after receiving them. It is very simple and convenient. Our transportation method is unified as sea transportation. We have a third-party logistics carrier. The courier will deliver your goods to the roadside in front of your store. If you have your own cooperative logistics freight forwarding company, you can let us deliver the goods to the address of your cooperative freight forwarding company. After delivery, the subsequent transportation will be the responsibility of you and your cooperative logistics freight forwarding company. All problems that arise during the period belong to the main responsibility of you and your cooperative freight forwarding company. We will not bear any responsibility for transportation problems. You need to communicate with your freight forwarding company to ensure that the transportation of goods goes smoothly!

There are two types of drainage systems. One is a floor drain system that uses gravity to drain water from each spa directly into the floor. The other is a powered drain pump system that drains water into a drain pipe above the floor (up to 36 inches above the ground). It’s up to you to choose the one that’s convenient for you!
All our packaging is strictly sealed in wooden boxes. If the outer packaging is damaged, you can take photos or videos to keep records immediately, and then contact our sales consultant, or get our next instructions through email or WhatsApp on our website.
